Tushar Kothari joined Meru Networks from Juniper Networks, where he served as vice president of WW Channels. In this role, Kothari was responsible for building a world-class channel organization and Juniper’s enterprise and service provider go-to-market model. His revenue responsibilities accounted for over $2 billion. He was also named as the top10 channel ambassador by CRN in 200X.

Prior to Juniper, Kothari served as vice president/general manager of Linksys, a division of Cisco Systems. Prior to that, he was vice president in the channels organization at Cisco. Here he was widely recognized for creating and developing Cisco’s channel and distribution business model and setting up the best practices, processes and management structure for the overall channel business at Cisco.

Kothari has also held positions in sales and marketing with National Semiconductor and View Engineering.

He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bombay University.
