MeruAssure

MeruAssure is a 24x7 support program for enterprise customers assuring continuous operations of their business critical networks. Meru Support Staff will provide phone, email and web support coverage in various shifts round the clock for 7 days a week, 24 hours in the day.

Online Support Portal

Meru Online Support Portal is yet another step towards achieving customer service excellence by providing our enterprise customers with following services:

  • Online Knowledge Base with exhaustive search capabilities,
  • Software and documentation Downloads section
  • Automated Self-Ticketing as well as online status check
  • Automated RMA processing and status check
  • Products/Asset Tracking at various customer/partner locations
  • Verification of Service Contracts and automated Renewals

Customers and Partners will need a secure login to access the portal. Meru Support will be issuing logins and passwords to customers and partners who are under active service contracts.

Live Remote Assistance

Meru Support provides live remote assistance to our enterprise customers by remotely managing and administering their networks.
