With MeruAssure Support, customers can receive comprehensive support and service including notifications, call tracking, timely escalation, consulting, design assistance, on-site support and extended warranty programs.

Support Program

Meru provides a comprehensive suite of service and support programs, including 24 x 7 x 365 live accessibility to technical support resources. With each customer requiring a specific set of support needs, Meru offers different levels of customer service programs as well as emergency on-site service. Emergency on-site service is designed to provide customers with services needed to ensure network performance, high-availability, and fast fault recovery.

Meru offers L1, L2, L3 support via phone, email and web.

Specific support features include:

  • Live support coverage for customers in the Americas, EMEA & APAC by our expert
    technical support engineer seven days a week, 24 hours a day
    • Toll free calling numbers are available in the Americas, 5 European countries
      (Norway, Sweden, UK, France Denmark) and Japan
  • Access to Online Support Portal for a knowledge base with exhaustive search capabilities, software documentation, automated self-ticketing and status check, automated RMA processing and status check, product/asset tracking, verification of contracts and automated renewals
  • Software upgrades and patches
  • Next business day delivery for advanced hardware replacements, including Europe
  • Remote diagnosis, analysis and troubleshooting of Meru products
  • Access to three different training courses: Basic WLAN, Meru EzRF Application Suite, and Advanced Troubleshooting
