Meru’s Mobile SCALE solution consisting of Meru Controllers and Meru Access Points (APs) provides a scalable WLAN solution along with centralized intelligence necessary to easily deploy and manage an enterprise’s growing WLAN needs.

Meru’s Controller family of products is designed to meet the scale and performance needs of small to large enterprises. All Meru Controllers include a common software foundation, System Director™, offering a set of standards-based and extensible services for ease of RF deployment, comprehensive security, over the air quality of service (QoS) with zero-loss handoff mobility for converged data, voice, and video networks using unique Air Traffic Control™ technology. Meru Controllers support 1+1 and N+1 redundancy, with fail over for high availability deployment. Meru Mobile SCALE solution, deployed as a wireless overlay network, leverages existing Layer 2/3 infrastructure of an enterprise and provides assured application delivery services to all 802.11 standards-based wireless client devices.
