System Director

Meru System Director™ is the embedded software foundation included with the Meru Controllers and Meru Access Points (APs).

System Director delivers distributed intelligence with centralized control for the Meru Mobile SCALE Solution. System Director delivers a set of wireless LAN services for performance, security, RF management, automatic application-flow detection, over the air quality of service (QoS), seamless roaming and more. System Director™ addresses performance, security, and scaling issues encountered during the deployment of enterprise wide Wireless LANs using Meru’s patent-pending Air Traffic Control Technology. It delivers WLAN services with the ability to scale to multiple Gbps of throughput, millions of sessions, and unlimited users for all services.
